Sound familiar?

You're not unmotivated. You're just out of hours.

You've done the 6-week challenge. You've downloaded the app. You've started on a Monday more times than you can count. And every time, life got in the way by Thursday. That isn't a discipline problem. It's a plan that was never built for a mom's week.

What it sounds like right now

I don't know what to actually do in the gym, so I stay on the treadmill.

By the time the kids are down I've got nothing left.

Every program assumes I've got an hour and a half, five days a week.

I'm scared of hurting my back. No one's ever shown me how to lift properly.

This is for you if…

Not sure where you'd even start?

How it works

Four steps, and the first one is just a chat.

STEP 01

A twenty-minute chat

We talk about your week, your history, and what you actually want to be able to do. No sales script. If I'm not the right fit I'll say so.

STEP 02

An assessment, if we're a fit

We book an assessment: how you move today, what your body's ready for, and what we're aiming at. Your plan starts from here, not from a template.

STEP 03

Pick the commitment that fits

3, 6, or 12 months: the longer the commitment, the lower each hour costs. We settle it together after the assessment, no pressure.

STEP 04

We train, every single week

In person in Nashville or live over Zoom, coached on every rep. Bad sleep week? We adjust: drop volume, keep the weight. Progress doesn't need perfect weeks.

Once we start, the wins stack quietly. First the energy comes back, then the weights go up, and then one day the car seat, the groceries, and the toddler who wants "up" all feel light.

What you get

Everything you need, nothing to decide.

The plan does the thinking for you. It tells you exactly what to do with your hour, it adjusts itself when your week falls apart, and it never asks you to figure anything out at nine at night.

A coached hour, every week

In person in Nashville or live over Zoom, coached on every rep. Never handed a PDF.

A program built from your assessment

Personalized to your body and your goals. Never the same workout twice.

Form, watched closely

Technique coached and corrected every session, so you lift confidently and safely.

Detailed guides for home workouts

The work between sessions is written out for you. No guessing.

A plan for the bad weeks

Built in from day one, not treated as failure.

Progress you can actually see

Tracked session to session, so you always know what's working and what's next.

Ways to train

Four ways in. All of them start with a chat.

One-on-one is where most people start. The longer you commit, the lower your hourly rate, because that's when the real change happens. We'll go through exact rates on your free call.

Two or three of you, same hour, individual programs. Bring a friend (or your partner) and it costs you both less.

How semi-private works

Virtual, over Zoom

Live coaching from your living room or your gym: a little less than the in-person rate, same eyes on your form.

How virtual works

Group fitness classes

Small, friendly, and a good place to start if one-on-one feels like a big first step. Come once and see.

About the classes

Questions

The things everyone asks first.

I've never lifted weights. Is this too advanced?

No. Most clients start with bodyweight and a single dumbbell. Week one is about learning four movements properly, not lifting heavy.

Will lifting make me bulky?

No. It'll make you strong, and it's the best thing you can do for your bones, energy and posture. Three sessions a week won't change your shape overnight.

What if I can only manage two sessions some weeks?

That's expected, and the plan handles it. We drop volume and keep the weight. Consistency over months beats a perfect fortnight.

I'm postnatal. Can I start?

Usually yes, once you've been cleared. We start with breathing and core reconnection before anything loaded, and we go at your pace.

Do I need a gym?

No. Virtual clients train at home with a couple of dumbbells, and it works beautifully. Tell me what you have and I'll build around it.

What does it cost?

It depends on how long we work together. There are 3, 6, and 12-month options, and the longer the commitment, the lower each hour costs. We'll go through exact rates on your free call. The call itself costs nothing, and there's no hard sell.

I have back pain / an old injury. Is lifting safe for me?

Tell me about it on the call. Your program starts from how your body moves today, and every rep is coached, in person or on video, so you're never handed a workout and left to guess. If something doesn't feel right, we change it that day, not next month.

What actually happens on the free call?

Twenty minutes, phone or Zoom. I ask about your week, your history, and what you'd like to be able to do. There's nothing to prepare, no payment details, and no pitch at the end. You leave with an honest recommendation either way.

Still unsure? Ask me on the call. It costs nothing and there's no pitch at the end. Or email Rachel.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.

You take care of everyone. This call is twenty minutes just for you. No pressure, no sales script. If I'm not the right coach for you, I'll tell you who is.
