Personal training for moms in Nashville, TN
Four ways to train with me. Every one of them is an hour, coached, and built around the week you actually have, in the studio or over Zoom.
1:1 Personal Training
Most popularOne hour, just you and me, in the studio in Nashville. Coached on every rep.
3, 6 & 12-month options. The longer the commitment, the lower each hour costs.
Semi-Private
Two or three of you, same hour, individual programs. Bring a friend (or your partner) and it costs you both less.
- Groups of 2–3
- Your own program, shared session
- Same commitment tiers as 1:1
Virtual, over Zoom
Live coaching from your living room or your gym: a little less than the in-person rate, same eyes on your form.
- Live, not pre-recorded
- Works with whatever equipment you have
- Great around nap times
Group fitness classes
Small, friendly, and a good place to start if one-on-one feels like a big first step. Come once and see.
About the classes →How 1:1 rates work
The longer we work together, the less each hour costs. Exact rates are shared on your free call, never a webpage.
Three commitment lengths. The longer the commitment, the lower each hour costs. Exact rates on your free call, no pressure.
Recently had a baby? Start with postpartum training (same coach, gentler on-ramp).
Book a free 20-min callHow it works
Four steps, and the first one is just a chat.
- Step 1
A twenty-minute chat
We talk about your week, your history, and what you actually want to be able to do. No sales script. If I'm not the right fit I'll say so.
- Step 2
An assessment, if we're a fit
We book an assessment: how you move today, what your body's ready for, and what we're aiming at. Your plan starts from here, not from a template.
- Step 3
Pick the commitment that fits
3, 6, or 12 months: the longer the commitment, the lower each hour costs. We settle it together after the assessment, no pressure.
- Step 4
We train, every single week
In person in Nashville or live over Zoom, coached on every rep. Bad sleep week? We adjust: drop volume, keep the weight. Progress doesn't need perfect weeks.
In their own words
Rachel is awesome and I highly recommend her as a personal trainer. She communicates well and works with my schedule. I do in person training and feel her encouragement in every lesson. She’s knowledgeable in her field and will challenge you in every workout while perfecting your form. I look forward to working out with her and seeing results.
I have been doing one-on-one training with Rachel for several months. She really listens to your goals and tailors your workouts to achieve them— while meeting you at your skill level and challenging you! Her group classes are a lot of fun too and great for all levels!
Rachel is a great trainer! I’ve worked with her for years and have never done the same workout twice. She’s always changing it up and challenging me. Makes the workout personal to help me meet my goals. She is super knowledgeable and works with you to push yourself while helping perfect your form and keep you safe. She’s professional and always on time. If you want to see results Rachel is your girl!
Questions I get about this
Where do sessions happen?
In person at the studio in Nashville (serving Nashville & Madison, TN), or live over Zoom from wherever you are. Same coach, same eyes on your form either way.
How long is a session, and how often do we train?
Each session is one coached hour. Most clients train three times a week, and the plan is built to handle the weeks when two is all you can manage: we drop volume and keep the weight.
I've never worked with a trainer. Where do we start?
With a free 20-minute call, then an assessment of how you move today. Your program starts from there, not from a template, and every rep is coached.
What does it cost?
It depends on how long we work together. There are 3, 6, and 12-month options, and the longer the commitment, the lower each hour costs. We'll go through exact rates on your free call. The call itself costs nothing, and there's no hard sell.
What actually happens on the free call?
Twenty minutes, phone or Zoom. I ask about your week, your history, and what you'd like to be able to do. There's nothing to prepare, no payment details, and no pitch at the end. You leave with an honest recommendation either way.
Start with a conversation, not a commitment.
You take care of everyone. This call is twenty minutes just for you. No pressure, no sales script. If I'm not the right coach for you, I'll tell you who is.
